Accountant (m/f) We are looking for an experienced accountant (m/f) to independently manage accounting, prepare financial and business reports, monitor income and expenditure, and ensure compliance with accounting and tax legislation.
Responsibilities Maintaining general and subsidiary ledgers. Preparing annual reports and accounting statements. Financial planning. Compiling business and financial reports. Managing bookkeeping. Monitoring income and expenditure. Preparing and submitting monthly reports. Keeping up to date with accounting legislation. What we expect At least level VI education in a relevant field under the Slovenian education classification. At least 5 years of work experience in accounting. Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping regulations. Understanding of entrepreneurship and the business environment. Good communication and organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with OPPIS software is desirable. Good knowledge of tax legislation. Excellent knowledge of Slovenian and international accounting standards.
